I thoroughly enjoyed using Omnisend as it was easy to use and allowed me to create a good looking email for free. I am a fan of some of their premium features and may consider upgrading in the future.

Brilliant integration in their popup form with Shopify - auto-creates a discount voucher code. very cool. Baarath and the 24/7 chat support team are excellent!

I recently had a terrible experience with this service. To make matters worse, they don't even have a phone number to call for help! When I tried to get assistance through their online chat, the operator was unhelpful and didn't seem to care about my concerns. I am extremely disappointed with this service and would not recommend it to anyone.
