Just started using this app. had trouble navigating through omnisend, Nikola was really kind and helpful in assisting and resolving my problem. It would be great if in case like a newbie like me whom had skipped the goals that there's a way for the goals to be redisplayed. Thank you

This app was easy to install and it has very simple step by step instructions. I just created my first campaign and I am very excited to see my results!

I used to this app to help me with promoting my store through emails. It was a very fluid and easy set-up. I was impressed with the user friendly windows it provided. Every window would be so simple to navigate and provided a step-by-step walk-through of what needed to be done next. It also offers tips on how to be more successful!

I was using Mailchimp and I decided to switch to Omnisend because I thought it was better for Shopify (note: and it's more expensive). For the past two or three months, my sales have dropped, half of my customers don't get the emails, I had problems with the sync between other small issues. The support changes all the time so you never speak with the same person and every new person answers you a random answer.
I asked to speak on the phone with someone in order to solve all this issues and they have no phone support.
This app was a very poor choice.

Non-existent support, in my case they have not answered me. The automation for abandoned carts is not working, the mails are not received
