Buyer beware!!! Product is good but pricey AND you can only cancel your subscription via their live chat which they rarely support or have anyone on. I've tried to cancel our subscription several times over their live chat (as they require it that way) but they've never responded. Now we have to refute the charges with my credit card company.
I love the product, and they could have made more money from me if i stayed. But their customer service suck and just getting a refund for services for services i won't use is a nightmare. They said they cannot give a refund because my payment was already processed.
