We've been using Omnisend emails for years and they are so easy to customize. Love the drag and drop! We've just started to use more marketing tools- such as automation and forms- and have found all of the help information very easy to follow. I love that Onmisend has 24/7 chat support, too. Maria was especially helpful and patient with helping me learn new tricks and giving me links to relevant information. Thank you!
Sila from Omnisend provided excellent customer service. She was prompt, clear, and knew exactly what to do to help me fix my issue (which was to learn about embedded forms!)

Most affordable out there, especially for smaller shops. Their customer service is amazing. Luiz and others helped me with with a problem I had and Luiz didn't stop working with me until we got it resolved.
After switching email platforms due our old platform being discontinued, we've been using Omnisend for over a year now and are very happy with the platform's functionality and excellent customer service. The email automations are very flexible and allow for more conditional logic vs. similar platforms. Recently, we had some questions on emails that were failing (due to the email address, not us or Omnisend) and Sila on the Omnisend support team was very helpful and friendly. Thank you Omnisend for creating an affordable platform that far surpasses other platforms from a service and functionality standpoint!
I've just done my first send with Omnisend. It's early days for me to say how good the platform is, but it seems very intuitive. I've faced a number of challenges getting up and running and have found the online chat support to be excellent. I've been in touch with various members of the support team and all have been knowledgable and have taken ownership of problems if they have been unable to resolve them immediately. Olesia and Sila have been particularly helpful.
Easy to use tool, great customer support. My product-based business has really embraced email marketing, and the ease of using Omnisend is a big part of that. Any time I've had a question, the team is very responsive and provides high-quality support. Olesia helped me with a billing question in record time, and this is consistent with all my interactions with the Omnisend crew.

I had an automation issue with a product email. Didem was fantastic in asking questions that narrowed down the problem, sharing screenshots of what I needed to do. We got the issue solved and I learned a few new things too! Didem was patient, friendly and exceptionally helpful!
I had an issue that required customer support, and even though I was upset they were patient, friendly, and helpful. They were very fast with responses too, with multiple people jumping in to help me out so the issue could get resolved quickly. Would definitely recommend them!
