The app provides excellent support for our marketing campaigns and we generate important additional sales as a result. Setting it up was very easy. I recently downloaded this app for my Shopify website Email Marketing. I have been requesting a demo of the app with no response. I sent several emails asking for help setting up the app no response.
I am now thinking of deleting the app and finding an email marketing app with better access to support. if anyone has any suggestions please feel free to let me know thanks.

Their customer service is really bad, it takes forever for them to answer and even when they do, most of the time it's not clear what they're saying and they always send you to read articles instead of actually wanting to help.
and also they chraged me for 10$ idk why, cus im on the free plan!!

Mariia was great; super helpful and offered objective advice which suited the need of my brand, rather than the need of the software. Really helpful and would recommend. The interface is perhaps not the most intuitive, but once you get accustomed to the layout and features it proves to be an excellent platform for email marketing.

I was encountering some issues with the domain set up and Omisend team Dilara and Eduarda are amazing and very dedicated to help me out. The issue i was facing has something to do with Godaddy which takes longer than expected to solve but both of them were supporting me the whole way with very clear instructions and patience. Highly recommended!

Currently, I would not recommend this app due to a serious issue that I have repeatedly brought to the attention of the support team, which they have refused to address meaningfully. I have been asking for weeks, and their solutions focus on what others are doing wrong rather than what Omnisend can do to fix the issue.
A specific problem to be aware of is that when sending coupons with a dark background, the expiry date, even when set to a light color, can sometimes turn black and become invisible. This causes significant confusion for customers and results in lost sales. If I could easily switch to another platform, I would have done so a while ago. Omnisend, please get your act together and address this issue.
