The free plan is above and beyond what you would expect... does more than most email services. Great customer service, as well. Very helpful :)
I absolutely LOVE Omnisend. It is so intuitive, they have a large number of templates to work from, their form builders are amazing, and the customer service is elite. Truly a brand that cares about retaining its customers and continuing to improve its platform. Also, their pricing structure is much more affordable compared to other email marketing platforms. They are constantly coming out with product updates and integrations and provide valuable knowledge to the use of their program but also towards today's marketing trends. Working with customer success managers has also been a pleasure, I have not a single bad thing to say about this company or its platform! Kristen, my success manager is amazing and when I had a question about a split condition in the program, Luiz was very attentive and prompt in his answer. All around-wonderful.

Easy top use app with plenty of clever features. Customer support is also super quick and helpful. Nikola, in particular, has been very helpful with my queries.
After spending days trying to get Klaviyo to work for me with no real help from customer service, I called it and decided to give Omnisend a try.
The only thing I'm upset about is the time I wasted with Klaviyo!

I am constantly blown away by Omnisends capabilites, not to mention the customer service is incredibly top-notch! Every time I send through a request it is answered in minutes, and extremely helpful. We started with the free version of Omnisend to create basic Welcome Automation, and abandoned cart messages. The service is very clear and the whole interface very user-friendly. We are planning to migrate to Omnisend for all our marketing campaigns. Especially that the support is very fast. Update after 3 months of use: The best app to boost our business and conversion. More over, they (Nikola, Diego & Kristina) are always fast to answer all our questions :)
