Makes me money and it's a very good return on time spent. Can't criticise.
Excellent app. Perfect for stores selling physical goods. Layouts are great and allow for a lot of flexibility. We've been using this for months and have never had a problem.
After my first time of using Soundest I knew that it would be a great asset to our company needs. It's user friendly and it contains great tutorials. I recommend it to all Shopify customers!
As a newcomer to Omnisend, Stefan was very helpful with guiding me to the features I needed. Good impression with my first interaction with customer service. Later, I contacted the chat again with a different question and spoke to OLESIA. She was fantastic, spending a lot of time sourcing a solution for my problem. Although the task I wanted to do isn't available with Omnisend, Olesia's solution gives me a way to achieve the same result. Many thanks, Olesia.

Since using Omnisend for marketing my new online store i have found the app to be absolutely brilliant! It is very easy to use (although I am still learning) and very easy to navigate the different automations available to make the day to day running of my business less stressful! Their customer service is excellent! I had a domain sender issue that Karina & Olesia took care off speedily via their online chat service!
