Outstanding App in every way - very straightforward to use, effective and efficient. Highest recoomendation!!!
I used this app to help me set up automatic emailing and forms. It is so helpful to a novice and the templates are brilliant
I highly recommend this product. It's user friendly and you pay for the volume you need. Had a few questions that Agustin from their support team handled with top quality!
I've tried some other email marketing tools, especially the ones that are automatically available in a Shopify account, but most of them were too hard to understand and get used to. I settled on Omnisend, since I had a professional recommendation, and it's super easy to use. Unfortunately, there are some features that cannot be customised, such as automatic response emails that are part of the system and not necessarily part of your own automations. But other than that, I have no complaints! The customer support, which is a BIG selling point to me, is fantastic! I was lucky enough to be helped by Salma, who was quick to respond and really gave me reassuring responses and helpful resources. She was honest about the point mentioned above, and I really appreciated that. I can definitely recommend this app based on convenience, ease of use, easy integration, and excellent customer support.

I like how this app makes it really easy to use the automated system. I would recommend to use this app because if you are a 1st time doing email campaigns then this is the one you need to select. The reason being it takes the constant thinking out of the problem.
Nikola from Omnisend helped in setting up an automation correctly when I knew there was an issue with it. Overall I've found Omnisend a very intuitive and easy to use email system, perfect for our emerging brand.
I am a paid subscriber and just realised that discount codes are not being send to some customers in Welcome email :( I wrote to the support but gave me a very long procedure to resolve. Omnisend needs to work on this to ensure ALL the customers get automated discount codes.
REVIEW UPDATE; This was not Omnisend's fault. Omnisend then got back to me and explained me the situation. The customer was subscribed before I joined Omnisend hence I faced this issue. So thanks to support team for giving proper explanation.
great app gives awesome stats, and helps you track and see how your website is doing. I really recommend it.
