This app integrates really well with my Shopify and has been perfect to manage my store automation emails and campaign emails. When I have needed anything the support is quick and always really good.
Careful when useing Omnisend Facebook Custom Audiences !!! Somehow the connection betwen Omnisend and your Facebook Ads Account suddently gets deleted every few weeks. Like this you will end up with facebook eating up your daily budget for some advertising campaigns not targeting the audiences you created via Omnisend. You will not notice that the integration is not working and you don't get any notification about this error. Imagine how much money you can waste if you don't notice this. It happened now for more than 3 times over the last few months. Also every time this conection gets deleted you will need to recreate your facebook audiences which is also time consumeing.
I wrote Omnisend 3 times about this and still no fix !

I started this process trying 2 other apps, only to find out I had to pay to do a newsletter, which was frustrating. Omnisend let me send a newsletter truly for free. The template was easy to work with and allowed me to customize it for my shops needs.

Omnisend has one of the best and fastest customer support I have ever had. It works great and the UI/UX is simple and straightforward. You will love using and working with it. Not overloaded at all. However, in my opinion, the team/devs should have more of an eye on the multi-language capabilities that Shopify markets offer. Transactional emails and most of the automations, apart from the abundant product automation, can only use the store's default language. This messes up the whole customer experience for international customers. Should be fixed soon please!
I made the switch over from Mail chimp. Very happy with what this can do and how the emails look. I would recommend this to other users.
