In general, Omnisend is a very good Email Marketing app. It is simple to use, offers almost every service needed, and customer service is fast & great!
We are new to Omnisend. So far so good! there are certain things that could be improved/easier. But, we are a new small business and navigating takes practice and time. Customer service is prompt to help. Shout out to Karine as she was a great help.
I would like to express my gratitude to Sanya, Joy, and the entire dedicated staff who have provided me with valuable assistance and support in the past. The template used for this application has proven to be highly beneficial, although there are certain areas that require further enhancements. Furthermore, the pricing structure appears to be somewhat ambiguous, necessitating specific inquiries regarding all price calculations, particularly in cases where a significant number of subscribers is involved.
Karine was super efficient and helpful and solved my issue within moments and was very friendly!
I have installed this APP, but I have been unable to contact the customer service staff. The customer service icon on the APP is always gray, and nothing happens after clicking it.
How can I contact customer service staff?
And I can't find any way to contact customer service staff on your official website. I'm waiting for your reply. Thank you so much.

Have only recently started using Omnisend, but would like to say I appreciate the promptness of their customer support. Special mention of gratitude to Baraath for the quick and helpful response when I expressed a challenge I had with formatting and testing an email campaign.
Switched from MailerLite to Omnisend and so far, so good. Had a little trouble in setting up (e.g. CSV file upload not working or some issues with automation set-up). But the team is on point and always here to help, quick response times. Thanks Salma for sorting out the issue with the automation for us!
Beran's assistance was very timely, and the problem I encountered was perfectly resolved.
