I like how it’s helping to build my website and gain sales through ratings from other customers experiences.
I was worried about putting together an email campaign for my new store, Do Good Soaps and Suds...Hey, I'm simply not tech-savvy, but Omnisend was a godsend! Thank you so much!

This app has been extremely easy so far. The templates are very simple and quick to navigate through
They make you pay per month for premium features, but if you're a small company that sends 1-2 newsletters a month this is perfect. Way nicer looking and easier to use than MailChimp. They have a customer for life from me!
I had the pleasure of working with Deniz and he was a great help. He answered all my questions and was very prompt. I wanted to know how to use the email campaign better, make sure my emails were being sent and more. He was patient and delivered great customer service. The best thing is, he didn't end the chat until he knew I had no further questions. Thanks for all your help!
I absolutely enjoyed using Soundest. It was fun and easy to use and I would definitely recommend it to others.
Loved the sales pitch. Very nice + clean interface. However, UX is not very user friendly. It just takes so many more clicks to get what you want. Also, email block settings differ from one template to another so it's difficult to apply "saved" blocks. It looks like each template/automation was coded separately, so there's no uniformity. It also doesn't allow you to create multi-touchpoint emails, so you can't create follow up emails smoothly within one campaign. Everyone raves about CS, that's why I chose Omnisend over Klaviyo, but I have yet to get a good experience. Onboarding so far has not been pleasant. They promised that someone would help us set up our account, but I have done 95% of the work.
