Omnisend Email Marketing & SMS

Works fine until they randomly suspend your account without letting you know that it was suspended or why. There is a contact support button in two locations that doesn't work. Hours and hours of work just down the drain.

Doesnt have standard features such as sending a file via attachment, when i ask to cancel having only signed up less than 24 hours before i was informed im not entitled to a refund as i had already sent an email out to my subscribers. I sent it out to test the email set up after what i thought i was on a trial period i feel i was conned into then having to pay a monthly fee to trial it. NOT HAPPY, tried to reason with customer support, no reasoning at all, its clear that 24hours this email marketing app is not what i need and it was not clear, so you would think they would use common decency and refund me. which they have refused to do.

I used the trial version of this app. I think they done a fantastic job at creating rules and interface/UI. However they didn't pay attention to how email system work. You will ruin your domain reputation if you use them as they source all emails from the same IP address (which means all your emails to customers will end up in JUNK folder). They have no solution for this and thus the whole concept behind email marketing/automation rules they have is useless for businesses.

if you don't have a credit card do not unstill this app it's a waste of time since they do not accept PayPal as payment! and that is absolutely sad it looks nice. In order to delete their signature at the end of the email templte you have to upgrade and I couldn't. For that reason, I'm out.

They Have a ridiculous payment cancellation method, after uninstalling the app you have take days to cancel the contract and credit card billing.

Wanted to use it for sms marketing since SMS bump was not working properly for me. Setup a 15 min abandoned cart SMS flow. Over 2 days I had 8 abandoned carts, didn't send out a single SMS. lucky that I didn't subscribe or buy SMS credits

It wont let me send emails due to having a hotmail account. It keeps telling me i need to get a new account which isnt going to happen

I am certain that this is an excellent app. But very occasionally numerous issues occur whereby an app simply does not work. My initial issue was with Shaw, one of Canada's largest telecommunications companies. Shaw's spam filters had (wrongly) listed soundest as a spam associated company and froze my emails when I used the soundest name. Shaw is most certainly incorrect in this but it was still a nuisance to manage.
Then I had considerable difficulty in setting up the 'easy to use' system. Again I am sure that it is 'easy to set up' but perhaps not for me. The support staff at soundest support tried hard to resolve the issues and I am grateful for their assistance, but it was without any success. Sometimes even with the best will in the world things just do not work and it is best to move on.

Limited services and support for businesses using 'Buy Button' only. If you do not have a regular Shopify plan, you cannot trigger automation or create sign-up forms on your website. Very disappointing.

Waste of time and impossible to connect my store. What a joke. just to connect my store they have to elevate my ticket to tech support. PASS ON THIS - I will find something else
