Intuitive, simple and easy to use. Takes a little bit of thought in terms of automation and journeys - but I can see how we will use it in the future.

Fast and friendly support, and features that would normally cost hundreds from other providers!
I don't really have a need to use Mailchimp anymore, as these features pretty much replace and surpass whatever I was previously using there.

Adding products to mailouts is amazing.
A complete must for anyone thinking about putting out quality welcome e-mails and abandoned cart e-mails. The default shopify ones don't even compare with this.

The whole Omnisend Team has been fantastic. We were up and running immediately and they helped us walk through all our existing workflows to make sure they were set up correctly. Now with ongoing support, we're working on augmenting our existing emails and creating new workflows. It's been a great switch for us!

onboarding was very easy and the getting started recommendations were great. I just sent my first campaign and was able to easily add my products in the email as well. great experience.
