I've just started using Omnisend as a marketing tool. I had issues with my subscriber pop up. Not knowing at the time it was due to operator error. I love that Onmisend has 24/7 chat support. They were very responsive. Kayque was especially helpful and patient with helping me. It was a positive experience. Thank you!
I left Klaviyo because it was too complicated and expensive. Omnisend has simplified the somewhat arduous task of being successful at email campaigns and presents it in a seamless package that works perfectly inside of Shopify. I’m extremely pleased with the templates and ease of use.
I had an automation issue with a product email. Didem was fantastic in asking questions that narrowed down the problem, sharing screenshots of what I needed to do. We got the issue solved and I learned a few new things too! Didem was patient, friendly and exceptionally helpful!
