It was not bad, but my live view dissapeared, which was the only thing I was using it for so, sad times

We apologize if our communication was not clear. Live with did not disappear anywhere, we just moved it to the Dashboard tab in the product so all major stats are in on place! Just navigate to the Dashboard tab and you will see another two tabs: Overview and the one you are looking for - Live view.
I have used the product for over a year and although the product is sound and useful, support keeps making "improvements" without regard to past time and effort. Most recently they "upgraded" the editor but made all of our previous work wasted as we cannot use previous newsletters as templates or copies to work from, wasting all of our previous edits and content. Not happy.
I have contacted the technical service and it has been fast, Sanya has been able to give me explanatory answers with creeshots, but Omnisend still needs to make many improvements: you cannot save template blocks, you cannot distinguish "newsletter subscribers" from those who do not they are like this (to distinguish the frequency of the pop-up between one and the other)....

Please keep in mind that once a customer submits your form, it will not reappear in the future for them.

Downloaded the app and within 15 minutes of using it I already created my first workflow. Its very easy to use and they have great tools!!
This app seems to make everything easier for you to run your email campaigns, but i just started using it so i will see when i start getting real massive emails to deal with, but as of at this moment I love it.
Wow, I liked this app so much I didn't even finish my free trial before signing up for premium. Its a perfect tool for email marketing. Love how easy it is to create a campaign.. Thanks Omnisend.. Loving <3 you so far!!
