Sorry guys, but your service just sucks and has a totally excessive pricing! Absolutely useless! You have to get every campaign going again by hand. Even the broken shopping basket standard mails hang up. 120 € to be deducted from a shop with 2000€ turnover. Outrageous! The painstakingly processed trigger mails, because they are extremely impractical to handle, were just triggered 22 times. You are not allowed to take your collected data and forms with you. There is no customer mail service? What a pity! Money and time wasting.

Very helpful app! This app made it easy to create a beautiful newsletter and send to my existing subscribers. Has tons of other options that I still want to use. One great tool!
I used Omnisend for over a year, pricing is great, but there is no html or css integration, no way to customize the mobile version, logos and images look oversized and there is no way to fix it. Also when enabling the 2-step verification, the confirmation button is red and there is no way to change it. Customer support replies quickly but with no solutions and prescripted answers.

Great app and great service, but their pricing keeps going up and up and they keep changing what you get with each package which is absolutely redicilous and where I come from is probably illegal. I will be closing my account in january

We checked the fees you have been charged and indeed, you have seen an increase in your monthly plan as the discount you had in your account has expired, and unfortunately we no longer manage such discount.
Please keep in mind that the pricing for your subscription, as well as the number of email credits you get, is based on the number of subscribed and non-subscribed contacts you have in your account while upgrading. To reduce costs, we recommend segmenting inactive contacts and unsubscribing them to focus and engage with your most active customers, do not worry, we have pre-built segments to assist and determine who these contacts are to help streamline the process for you.

Great app - great service - absolutely horrible templates
I just started to use this app today to design my email I was able to do it really fast, made corrections and finally learned how to import my previous email sign- ups from Privy. Super easy all the way around. I LOVE this app!
