Omnisend has been impressive in their continued development on the backend as well as their personalized service.

Omnisend is very user friendly and the people who have helped me in the support chat have always given me fast, easy solutions to my questions. Karine is the best!

Update as of 1/14/24: I stand by my original review. Didem helped me figure out the upcoming domain changes and was incredibly helpful. Would've taken me 5 times as long to figure it out on my own.

I've been using Omnisend for over a year now and have had no issues whatsoever, especially with the great support team including Baarath who helped with a domain key issue. The dashboard is great and automations have made tens of thousands even when left on for the past year. Very easy to use and would happily recommend to any e-commerce store.

We have tried several EDM management platforms and they've all been problematic: whether it be clumsy UI, or missing basic features, they've all been frustrating to use. Even Klaviyo is very clunky and we deleted it after a few days. We gave Omnisend a try and OH MY GOD, it is brilliant!!! Cannot recommend this app enough. Simple, usable, feature-rich, and genuinely built around the core requirements of email marketing on Shopify. Well done.

I used it to create my first newsletter for my shop it was super easy and I loved how I could easily use my own photos and edit the newsletter to tailor it to my style.
