Terrible Customer Service, Delivery rates are below 2%, a huge drop since we moved from Mailchimp, but Omnisend are still happy to take US$500 per month for just storing our emails.
A lot of emails from Omnisend are auto marked as Spam by google, even emails we were receiving to our own email were regularly marked as Spam, definitely not an advert you want attached to your emails.
Omnisend let us know after we followed up with this issue, that they have a better server for other clients, and now they would move it to this where we would see immediate improvements. However too late for us.
It seems from all the 5 star reviews they capture, people are just as excited as we were about all the extras when first signing up, however these emails rarely get into customers inboxes. This 1 star review I am leaving was also a 5 star review up until now!
A huge disappointment, and their poor customer service management to rectify the issue shows what the Omnisend Brand really is, worthless.
Shocking - Folks do yourself a favour, try Klavyio, or check out Dot Digital for a Demo.
In the short term we used Mailerlite, and the immediate uplift in open/deliverability rates has increased massively, as well as our sales from Campaigns.

You can't choose the exact amout of credit you want for SMS you have to take their packages (which in my case was much more then needed), now if you haven't use the credits left after 2 months they're STEALING your money and credit you're back to 0$ even tho you didn't uses the credit that you paid for!

The last 3 months my cost has gone from $63 to $160 and now $266.
The last month, they upgraded me to PRO without me asking anything so that I would pay $266 instead of $105.
I never had the need for a PRO plan !
These are absolutely dishonest methods. They took advantage of me thinking I would not pay attention and stole my money.
I asked for . a refund and they basically refused !
Sorry guys, but your service just sucks and has a totally excessive pricing! Absolutely useless! You have to get every campaign going again by hand. Even the broken shopping basket standard mails hang up. 120 € to be deducted from a shop with 2000€ turnover. Outrageous! The painstakingly processed trigger mails, because they are extremely impractical to handle, were just triggered 22 times. You are not allowed to take your collected data and forms with you. There is no customer mail service? What a pity! Money and time wasting.

I used Omnisend for over a year, pricing is great, but there is no html or css integration, no way to customize the mobile version, logos and images look oversized and there is no way to fix it. Also when enabling the 2-step verification, the confirmation button is red and there is no way to change it. Customer support replies quickly but with no solutions and prescripted answers.

Why would you remove lists. Now I can no longer use justuno pops. Its like you just purposely sabotage your own tool. Switching to Klaviyo unless this is fixed.
Hi and thank you for such an honest review. We have found a temporary solution until Justuno updates their integration - you are now able to send your contacts to the pre-created 5 different lists. Hope this helps and please accept our apologies that you had to go through this experience.
UPDATE: CONTINUES TO GLITCH.
This has beautiful templates and is a more affordable option than alternatives, but unfortunately the glitches mean you end up paying for it. It frequently stalls out and although the team gets back with a response, it does mean that you are delayed sending out emails by hours or days which is precious time for a small business owner.

I've been really disappointed. I switched because it seemed like a great option for my small business, but the bugs they've had this week meant that I couldn't announce my shop's grand opening, I couldn't send out my two year anniversary celebration email, and I'm waiting to send out emails to customers for our soft launch! The workaround they gave me hasn't worked either. When it worked, it was great, but it's crazy to have these issues several days in a row when we rely so heavily on email marketing.

Less than 2% of the emails as getting to my customers. They are all going to spam. Called G-Suites and my account is not blacklisted and emails that are sent through my email directly are fine but sending through Omnisend, the emails are all going to spam. Waste of money if the customer is not even seeing the email marketing. Customer support is lacking.

First, you will need to review your list and remove the inactive and unexisting contacts. Then send to the engaged audience who bought or clicked your campaigns recently. You can also target your automation by using the Customer Reactivation workflow and remind your customers to buy the product again after a specific period of time. I recently had a terrible experience with this service. To make matters worse, they don't even have a phone number to call for help! When I tried to get assistance through their online chat, the operator was unhelpful and didn't seem to care about my concerns. I am extremely disappointed with this service and would not recommend it to anyone.
