I love the app Very easy to use and fast which is very valuable as a small business owner.

Great App, very easy to use and so many features. I like that they offer a free version so that you can decide if you want to upgrade to paid plans!

The cart abandonment features have clawed back what could have been lost revenue. We'rejust getting around to trialling other features - next up is creating a newsletter!

I used this app to help me reach my customers. I chose it as my mailchimp alternative. So far it has been easy to use and even gives me additional features that were not available with mailchimp. I'm looking forward to seeing how else it can help make me more profitable!

Omnisend is the best EDM tool I've ever used. No matter is convenient for setting up and it also supports lots of apps. We actually use it like our CRM. We was having issues integrating the trigger about the wishlist. The Andrés was detailed and patient. Nice work!

As an agency, their team is invaluable for support on complex setups. Very appreciative of Baarath's help for one of our accounts in particular. To help segment b2b & b2c before they purchase; use a custom property on the welcome series sign up form to auto add them into a segement. A similar system can use for existing customers using an email and/or the "Preferences" section at the bottom of emails.

Omnisend is super-powerful. We're doing so much more than we were with Mailchimp. Highly recommended.
