Excellent and responsive customer service. I find it a little complex to build segments and to make sure all our sign-ups are falling into the correct list, but Luiz and his colleagues are very responsive and helped me figure it out. We have been using the app for over a year now and any time there is a question, they are very quick to help. 4 stars because nothing is perfect and things can always be improved, but their customer service is 5 star.
Wouldn't be without it. Prefer it over Mailchimp. Would give 5 stars if staff could understand not all stores are the same and would support accordingly.

We're still figuring things out, but so far so good! The interface is similar to MailChimp so the transition has been seamless thus far.
It seems good - but still have to use to see how it performs long term. Great functionalits and very user friendly
I always liked omnisend due to the easy interface, but their prices have gone up and the analytics are lacking compared to other platforms. However, their customer service is faaaar superior than their biggest competitors and it's very very hard to leave a service that is so willing to help you with the smallest issues.
Support team went above and beyond the call of duty. They were professional + extremely helpful!!!!!
I like how the support team does their best to answer questions. Bassma & Baarath were a great help. Keep it up with the customer service!

Very nice email platform. However, they do not have an integration for multiple stores, which means you need more subscriptions if you have multiple stores.
