Easy to use and very intuitive. This app has some nice features like the ability to "pick" products from your online store to add to your emails. Good alternative at a reasonable price.
Wow Wow!! Awesome App it offers so much bang for my monthly fee! I absolutely love the features it works so well on mobile devices. The chats are also very helpful so much better than mail chimp to me. Thank you for this great App that makes my company looks so good!
I used to use Klaviyo but this is well worth it! It is much more simpler the support is amazing, if there is a feature you dont see they end up adding it too! I highly recommend.
Haven't tested out the App just yet but will revise once i have. The app asks for a 5 star as one of its steps

First omnisend support system connect me with Yuliia she absolutely can't explain me what's going on with my emails, even when I send screenshots with two differences that I noticed but unfortunately she can't see them.. but I'm glad that Luiz suddenly joined and helped to solve everything in less than five minutes, thanks for that.
Omnisend does everything that we need it to do, we've been with them about 2 years now. Customer service is quick too, just been helped by Baarath who was very helpful and went over and beyond to help me
Very easy to use. I love that it automatically syncs all your contacts from Shopify, and has nicely designed and easy to use templates to make email creation a breeze. Embedding subscription forms on our store was super easy as well.
I Paused my store and relaunched under an entirely different brand. The app no longer tracks all visitor activity, just selective activity of returning/ known customers. In that sense, its not helpful in antialiasing product potential or begin able to dispute if an information page(return and shipment policies)was viewed. Uninstalling and will continue to look for an app that that tracks all activity on the site

However, I'd like to inform you that the reason for this behavior is to track visitor activity that is relevant to the customer's purchasing journey. Our new tracking and logging architecture is here to help us achieve this goal. It enables us to extract a lot more data from the browsing session and integrate it into a lot more services within our app.
