I have a small business. I tried another platform prior to Omnisend and it wasn't user friendly at all and the customer service just wasn't there. I researched and compared companies on the Shopify app store and Omnisend looked like a fit for me and it had a free trial. Was I frustrated setting everything up? Yes! Was customer service there for me? OMG! Every step of the way!!! I have never experienced such attentive customer service. So far things are going well and I know with this new partnership the sky is the limit!

Very good tool! I can easily create my automations, it's very easy and simple to use. Support is also very fast and provides great service.

I always liked omnisend due to the easy interface, but their prices have gone up and the analytics are lacking compared to other platforms. However, their customer service is faaaar superior than their biggest competitors and it's very very hard to leave a service that is so willing to help you with the smallest issues.

Really good App. Simple to use and has increased our Newsletter Readership by 21% in just 3 weeks. Highly recommend if you are wanting something that takes 15 minutes to arrange a professional smart looking marketing email... The fact it is free is astonishing!!!

Very bad customer service and support is sucks they never reply. I had issue sometime each customer get 200-300 auto emails I got so many complaint from customers they complaints about it due to this issue we see lot of our customers unsubscribed the newsletter....I contacted to tech support so many time and they never ever replied or resolve the issue. I just canceled the subscription and i had balance on SMS account they refused to refund that...Very bad experience never use this app again!!!

Big fan of Omnisend. They've grown up quite fast and offer enterprise level features with ease. I've set up my flows and designed beautiful emails in just a matter of days. It used to take ages on Klaviy.

I was so worried hearing that we were losing MailChimp on Shopify!

But transferring to this app has not only been super easy but is SO much more user-friendly & has a FREE option.

I am so glad that changes had to be made as it was the best move yet.
