This App is great and easy to use. I had one question and initiated a live chat with Stefan. He was awesome and within a matter of 5 minutes problems solved (it was my mistake) but he was awesome! Highly recommend this App to anyone!
Omnisend is very easy to use. Fantastic training videos and documentation. Getting campaigns up and running was such a breeze, I really wish I had done it sooner! Highly recommend.
Just signed up for the free 14 day trial and have migrated all my Mailchimp contacts over. The process was easy, well-explained and all their profile data has come with them, including tags. I have received great support from the support team and timely responses to all of my questions. Within a couple of hours I had sent out my first campaign. Am extremely happy with the service so far. It's even provided me with better functionality than Mailchimp in that all the customer tags allocated in Shopify automatically synchronise with Omnisend. Very happy customer!
I absolutely love Omnisend. I have been with them for years, and I am glad to continue using them on all website ventures I travel.

I am certain that this is an excellent app. But very occasionally numerous issues occur whereby an app simply does not work. My initial issue was with Shaw, one of Canada's largest telecommunications companies. Shaw's spam filters had (wrongly) listed soundest as a spam associated company and froze my emails when I used the soundest name. Shaw is most certainly incorrect in this but it was still a nuisance to manage.
Then I had considerable difficulty in setting up the 'easy to use' system. Again I am sure that it is 'easy to set up' but perhaps not for me. The support staff at soundest support tried hard to resolve the issues and I am grateful for their assistance, but it was without any success. Sometimes even with the best will in the world things just do not work and it is best to move on.
