Wasted 4 hours of our time creating a campaign to only know that our account had been suspended and we can not send the email to our subscribers. We chatted with their team and were told we needed to check on the subscribers and see who is old and who is inactive? Really? We followed their magical and so-smart technique of filtering who is old and inactive and that gave us 90% of our subscriber are old and inactive!!!! Our site hasn't even been one year but the emails we have been collecting are old and inactive. So stupid!!!

It's a really easy app to use, I can build beautiful emails easily and I have a template I copy each month so it is seamless. When I needed to ask for some help with a few domain queries, Maria was amazing and I wish I'd asked earlier! She had me sorted in 5 minutes flat. Great service and wonderful app.

I used this app for the first time, easy to use and make a news letter which I had no idea what I have to do. Happy to make a lists and send new news letters.

Omnisend is very helpful when it comes to sending newsletters. Customer service is lovely, and Baarath was very helpful and kind!

OK a few years in I wanted to make an update! My business grew enough that I had to upgrade to the paid plan in 2021. It's affordable and I love that. The latest update to the interface is fantastic, it's very modern UX and easy to use. The new templates are beautiful, and I find them to be very mobile friendly. I've only had to reach out for support a couple times, including today when I was adding my custom DNS records for sending emails. Super easy to get help and figure out the adjustments I needed. I have higher than average view and click rates, my business just entered year 6! Omnisend is certainly part of our growth success, email is my primary way to send promotions and communicate with my customers.

From 2020:
I migrated to Omnisend after Mailchimp disconnected from Shopify. The free plan is streamlined, but it can do the essentials. User experience is great. Designs are pleasing. Customer service is good. Import process was smooth! Syncs with Shopify seamlessly in real time. I wish I could do some automations for free. But Shopify can do the basic ones. I honestly tried Shopify's new email features too. They are just a bit too basic for my needs right now. This is my second successful business venture. We are in a heavy growth phase, and just received our first inventory shipment. I'm considering paying for Omnisend's annual "standard" plan to have more professional looking automation emails and do some AB testing.

First, I have to say that it was a little bit confusing at first to navigate where everything was. That being said, within 10 minutes I was starting my first email campaign, imported almost 800 email contacts within seconds, had professional templates laid out before me and easy to use, and spent a total of 30 minutes. It was a great first-time experience and gives usable features in the free version unlike so many other apps.

Just starting using this app. Looks nice, easy and effectively. Waiting for good results .-)

Just got it set up. Love the "product picker" and creating an email is so simple and save tons of time over what we have been using. Was a little disappointed in time it took for support to get back to me. Upside is the tool is very easy to use and I had already figured out the answer by the time I heard back.
Would totally recommend.
