Really helpful for better sales! I think better than Mailchimp.
Such a shame to treat your users the way you do, guys. This is the worst customer service I've ever experienced after a drunk sales lady on the farmer market.... Kristina is scaring your subscribers away. We chat for the last couple of days but with every single message, she acts like it's the first time. You charge but DO NOT provide services. And your customer service (no, it's not) acts like it is ok. Upset and disappointed. Do not recommend.

I just sent my first email campaign, and I really enjoyed all the features that Omnisend offers for campaigns in addition to other automations on the app. Looking forward to using it more!

I've been happily using Omnisend for the last few years and although there's been some price changes it still continues to perform how I need it to.
Further to that, their customer service is excellent, all the team members including Beran and Karine and have been very supportive and helpful ensuring my problems were resolved, thank you.
Fantastic app! User friendly. It allows one to get creative with their email marketing. Includes "Wheel of Fortune", "Gift Box" or "Scratch off" effects. Some of the forms are order follow up; customer re-activation, cart recovery. Create pop-ups and offer discounts for email sign-up.
One of the best apps that I am using.
I've used another provider for SIX years and always had little bugs and issues that were frustrating when building an EDM.
My first EDM has just gone out via Omnisend and building it was SUCH a pleasure - no issues, on point templates... easy...

Great app. very easy to use and efficient for our email campaigns
This is my first time using Omnisend for my new shop. I just sent one email campaign. The templates and simple and elegant. I found the app intuitive and what I could not figure out, customer service was extremely helpful. Looking forward to more!
