I am using Omnisend since around 4 months now and I can only highly recommend it.
I find the user interface very friendly and intuitive.
Very important for me is a complete and up-to-date documentation, which is also easily searchable - these are all qualities of the excellent knowledge base / help center of Omnisend.
I find the pricing absolutely fair for the value Omnisend provides.
I had to contact support only 1 time so far and they were very fast to answer and extremely helpful, providing a solution to the issue very fast. Thank you Kayque and Dilara for your prompts replies and help!

I signed up to omnisned 3 hours before my store was going live with zero idea how to do anything or verify DMARC records or any of that stuff. Maria was my support agent on live chat, and she was brilliant; she walked me through everything step by step until I did it, and I'm happy to say my emails are landing in the inbox; thank you, Maria, absolute legend.

I must say I am super impressed with Omnisend, and I am so glad I chose them for my email marketing! I'm not very good with technology and was having an issue connecting my account to my domain. Kayque was very helpful (and patient!) and stayed with me until I got it all figured out! Great company, great product, and great customer service!
