Omnisend Email Marketing & SMS

This app is very easy to use and as a new shopify user, I managed to setup the email and marketing automation workflow within 2 hours. Highly recommended to anyone who is serious at promoting her online business!

10 years with MailChimp, I didn't want to give it up but I kinda like this better + there's support

I was looking for an inexpensive SMS app to market. Designs By Blyss a growing retailer and we needed to cut cost. I love that they have a free plan for customers based on visitors and clients. I was very surprised at the ease of use. The only thing I would change is the cost to send a text. One app was .03 cents and .15 for Omnisend. It is still very much worth it so far.

I just got started using this app with my Shopify store. The ease of use is awesome! I was able to get started right away. I've created forms, added campaigns all in under an hour! Super excited to keep using Omnisend!

Just have begun working in the app. Set up was pretty easy but ran into an issue with integration (clearly my issue)...was solved so quickly by the online support!!!! They are super friendly and amazingly helpful!

Salma was so much help. I was struggling to verify my DNS records for my domain and she helped me figure it our super quickly. High recommend her for help. Thank you

Have been a user of Omnisend for about a year now and it's simply the best email marketing app. What makes it even better is their efficient customer service team. I recently had a chat with Deniz (deniz.i@omnisend.com) about an issue I was facing with videos and gifs and he came through as a saviour. He went to the extent of agreeing to have a look at a reference newsletter I had and then proceeded to make a loom video explaining every step of how to make it! Even friends don't help out that much. So thankful for all the help!

Omnisend allows us to easily send sign-up emails, abandoned cart emails, confirmation emails, etc. If you want email automation for a reasonable cost, you can't go wrong with these guys. It's easy to use and seamless integration with other apps like Google Ads and Facebook Marketing.

We've used Omnisend Email Marketing for just over two years now and have liked it so much better than MailChimp! The integration with out Shopify Store helps create great product focused emails as well as automation emails. Customer support has always been top notch - very responsive and helpful!
