It's so easy to use, the fact that you can use the free plan is perfect because we will definitely stick with Omnisend once our business grows and use the paid plans that look so exciting. We had previously been using Mailchimp and switched over to Omnisend. So far am very pleased with the integration with Shopify and the program itself is very user friendly and intuitive with good templates.

The app does what it should do, and does it well! Sometimes things might be a bit difficult to figure out, but their support is second to none. Especially Bassma, who has been such a great support and real life saver at times for me! Nothing is a problem and she's always ready to help with smile. Absolutely recommend!

As a new business owner, I must say Soundest has been amazing. I was able to customize my campaign newsletter specifically for my store. It was very easy to follow. Once I created the perfect email, all I had to do was press send. It was seriously that simple. I've tried other apps and ran into difficulty. Will definitely remain a user of Soundest.
