Handy tool for small businesses. We only have 3 employees. We're not a traditional Shopify E-commerce store that sells products, instead we sell services, which was tricky finding the right platform and app to support our business model. We found after researching a lot of apps, this was the best fit but it took a lot of cross app-testing and some time. Once we decided it was the right fit for us, we had to learn how to use it. The simplicity of the design interface, the campaigns of both Email and SMS and the ability to set up Automation Workflows has helped us tremendously. In regards to customer service, their support agents are prompt and provide great service. Easy to understand for a non-tech small business owner. The app is actually fantastic although we haven't had the time to fully utilize it. The design structure is very well organized and we found no bugs in anything so far. The campaigns are intuitive and easy to set up, no need to waste time on a learning curve. Very useful to increase conversion.

Love it! Fast, easy, and free! Starting a business is not easy and is hard to focus on what to do next. This is something that takes very little of my time and I reach each customer that gives me their email so i can send their receipt. Its already people who love my products because they have purchased before, and they love seeing what is new or what sale is out there.
