This is a good app. I finally learned how to use it (myself, indeed, despite that i needed help). But people at customers service chat should be much more knowledgeable. Seems like they don't know very well about all app functions and how they work.

This has been awesome from day one. Very powerful but also a really nice, clean interface and great styling for emails etc. I'm a very happy customer!

Today, I just added a 'Out of Stock' automation and honestly can barely believe how quick and easy it was to do. Amazing. Been with these guys for a few years now and am constantly impressed by the product. Highly, highly recommended.

UPDATE: Sometimes we mess things up. That's what I did yesterday. For me, the measure of a good company is how willing they are to try to help you fix things. Omnisend customer support (Stefan in particular) have blown me away. Responsive and super helpful, issue resolved in no time.

The thing is, Omnisend is so good that I haven't needed customer service much in the past. It's good to know that if I do, they've got my back.

Excellent and responsive customer service. I find it a little complex to build segments and to make sure all our sign-ups are falling into the correct list, but Luiz and his colleagues are very responsive and helped me figure it out. We have been using the app for over a year now and any time there is a question, they are very quick to help. 4 stars because nothing is perfect and things can always be improved, but their customer service is 5 star.

Great app, great options for different automations.. honestly, much better solutions what shopify offers itself. Generated nice additional revenue since we installed it two month ago. Support also for multi language emails and automations, auto segment creations, auto tagging.. u name it they got it. Recommend!

You can choose audience that you want very easily to your pop ups. Works with translation apps also. You will get good customer service too. Luiz helped me so much and so fast when i needed it most. They are also very kind and do not make you feel stupid at all even if you ask silly questions.
