Great app that handles it all! The team is phenomenal and always makes sure any issues are handled quickly and efficiency. Omnisend has been a great, straightforward, and very effective tool from day one. Integrates seamlessly, features are powerful and easy to use, and, above all, their support team is impeccable. My last request was resolved in less than a minute by Maria, and it was a particularly technical question.

I had Karine help me today. Fantastic job, the app had been set up (by me wrongly) but sending out a discount code I didn't want or couldn't find. She went to work and found exactly the source to enable me to change it! Absolutely fantastic job so glad to have this company onboard with my shop
Omnisend is to me the best email marketing tool. I've used four so far, and Omnisend is definitely my favourite.
It is user friendly, has features that were missing from tools I previously used (like sending an individual computer generated discount code to new subscribers), and my opening rates are higher. (This is also due to me writing better emails I'm sure, but I I truly believe that Omnisend helps).
There is also a great support team there to answer any question you may have.
I struggled with my untech-savviness for pretty basic issues, but the team has been so helpful ! I partcularly want to highlight Matija's patience and preciseness. You are the MVP here and really, all is back to normal thanks to you! Keep up the amazing work :) and thanks again!

I had an automation issue with a product email. Didem was fantastic in asking questions that narrowed down the problem, sharing screenshots of what I needed to do. We got the issue solved and I learned a few new things too! Didem was patient, friendly and exceptionally helpful!
