I would recommend Soundest to everyone!! It is very user friendly, links right to your email list without any extra headaches trying to transfer your list. Totally with it.

I dont like to be negative and like to give everything a shot. This is not a very user friendly App. Couldnt even send out a mass email without getting my account suspended. After cleaning it the first time. I had to do it again for another mass email. Thye claim my contact bounce back was two high. The process is long to to get back up and running. Customer service is slow and lacks detailed instructions. Spent a week of downtime in trying to figure this out. Not a good system and not sure why there are so many 5 star reviews. It's a headache.

I appreciate a response but its kinda to little to late. Which demonstrates the issue that you guys think just because you can throw a link and some instructions to someone and leave them to figure it out on their own. Hence, after over 43 emails back and forth one of your reps had offered to take care of the issue herself.

Sorry to hear your experience did not turn out as expected.

Your sending was temporarily paused because the system detected some inactive emails on your contact list. Xenia is waiting for you to grant her access to your account, and she will be able to assist you with the list cleaning. Once your contact list is polished, we will resume the sending. Segmenting inactive contacts will ensure you great deliverability results going forwards! Detailed guide in segmenting inactive contacts in your account is below:

They offered a free plan with 500 e-mails per month. That's what we needed. Then, they started charging me more and more every month based on the number of subscribers, regardless if they are active or not. When I complained about it, they told me to remove the subscribers even though we were not shooting any e-mails to them. That's shady.
Even though we were paying, we couldn't remove their logo from the e-mails. They're always forcing you to upgrade and once you're in, the next plan goes from $50 to $80! The plans you get on Shopify are gone!
UPDATE: This response is just BS. Your policy is not clear. You offered me a plan with 60k email per month and it doesn't show anything about the number of subscribers. I should be charged by the number of emails sent, not by the number of subscribers in my list. I had to pay for all subscribers even tho we shoot less than 100 emails.

Our pricing policy is based on the number of billable contacts you have, and this may result in changes to the monthly cost as the list size changes. We strive to be transparent about this in our communications and on our website.

In regards to your concern about inactive subscribers, we understand that it may seem unfair to be charged for them. However, we do need to account for them in our pricing structure as they are still part of your overall list size. This is the reason we do offer the option to remove those contacts to bring down the price. We believe this is a fair way to comply with our pricing policy and provide flexibility to our clients.

Regarding the removal of the Omnisend logo: as we have checked your account, we found it possible to remove it from your emails. We would be happy to assist you with this if you still have any issues!

We do offer different plans to suit the varying needs of our clients, and we understand that it may not be feasible for everyone to upgrade to a higher-priced plan. We will take your feedback into consideration as we continue to refine our pricing structure and offerings.

Switched from Mailchimp right after the MC/Shopify breakup was announced. Very positive experience overall! The Mailchimp-to-Omnisend learning curve is an easy one, and in my opinion, Omnisend's email editing toolkit is both easier to use than Mailchimp's and equipped with better looking templates out of the box. Automations are easy to set up too, and Omnisend customer support is very responsive via chat.

List management leaves a lot to be desired. I miss the sort and rating abilities in Mailchimp. That said, the team has told me they're working on building out list management capabilities.

Soundest is hands down the best email service for Shopify stores - super easy to use, integrates flawlessly with my theme, and their support team is insanely fast and helpful. We also use the pop-up feature and integrate the Coopt Campaigns app so visitors share our store on Facebook AND enter an email address for a discount. Try it!
