Honestly an amazing control centre. Everything is literally at my fingertips - automation, forms, reports etc. A really important addition to your store, trust me.

The setup of Omnisend was very easy and I am not a techy person. I had some trouble testing the Double Opt In feature so I reached out to Omnisend support. Kristina was quick to respond and so helpful. She tested end to end and sent screenshot confirmation that the feature was working. Each email exchange was very quick with very little wait time and Kristina was so plesant and professional.
Super grateful for her she helped me so quickly and didn't give me a hard time. super sweet and helpful. thank you.
