I just had to switch from MailChimp to another server and was really nervous. I've loved everything about Omnisend and tbh, I think it's even better than MC! Thankful for this service and everything it's provided for my company thus far.

I had an issue with the billing : i have added some subscribers (4500) to test the tool for a campaign and then i didn't deleted it. I was charged 60 usd / month for 3 months before realizing i didn't used the service i was paying for. The customer service helped me delete the old subscribers (that i no longer needed) and refunded me for the 3 months overpaid. The app is good for marketing automation.

Great Marketing Automation solution. Good design options and customization setting. Easy to segments and create landing pages. Integrates well with Shopify. Everything without writing a single line of code.

This one of the best apps I've used so far, their support is amazing! Couldn't wish for a better service for my email stuff!

So far, I've found the email design to be much more flexible than mailchimp (which is a fantastic app) - only just started using this at www.rawpeaks.com but my first email was super easy to make and was made in no time - on brand.

Would recommend.

Giving it 5stars right now as a new user - had installed Kalviyo for a while but quickly uninstalled when I took some time to check their pricing!!!!

great application, I highly recommend it

Soundest is so easy to use and is such a great tool for business! It just solved most of my worries!

Like it so far, just wish the lowest paid plan was a little cheaper. Trying to keep overhead costs as low as possible. It's a lot easier to use than mail chimp.

I Absolutely LOVE this app. It allows for 3 things. First I can send email marketing, but it's not just me sending a bland looking text file. They have tons of easy to use drag and drop options to help make the email look really professional and well put together. I've tried doing this on my own before and the results were really bad looking (it kind of looked like my 9th grade chemistry report where we got to use clip art for the first time ever...., lol). With this app it actually looks like you'd expect a promo email to look.

Second, it lets me create a nice looking pop up on my website that encourages people to opt in to my mailing list. I couple this with an incentive discount, and it works really well .

Third it lets me place a static tab at the bottom of the page window that people can click on to subscribe. This allows you to get GOOD subscribers (ie people who want to be subscribed) without having to depend on them reading a popup (which most of us reflexively close) or get all the way to the checkout process. Currently my signup rate (which the app shows) is about 10x higher for the this method than it is for the popup.

Also, I've only contacted their customer service once, and they were super fast and had the exact information I was looking for.

It's a good app, and if you're toying with the idea of trying a marketing app or not sure which one to go with then just give this one a shot. You'll be happy with it.
