It's so easy to set up. Highly recommend it over Mailchimp

We moved from Mailchimp after the break-up with Shopify and it's been a pretty good transition. The support is excellent, they have a good team at Ominisend. The program is evolving also, reporting is not quite there yet but I think they will have that up before you know it. Hoping to see more great things as the partnerships grow.

Email marketing can be confusing with rules and automation and I had a hard time understanding the flow. However, Sarah had made a tremendous effort in making sure everything was smooth sailing and had walked us through a step by step process to make sure we had achieved the goal that we wanted.
