I just added this app today and it was so user-friendly. I have already set up an email campaign for my subscribers as well as an automation email for new subscribers. Not sure when I will be prompted to start paying, but so far it has been easy to use.

Omnisend is probably one of the best, if not the best apps on here. The customer service is phenomenal and super fast. Any technical problems that I may have with setting up my email, figuring out how domains work, or asking any questions. The support team working here is glad to help you out. Today I wanted to ask a question about verifying my domain settings to my store, and I was helped by Karine. She showed me step by step how to go about fixing the problems with easy wording and pictures as well too so I could get a better understanding. I like this app for email marketing, offers a lot of features and details but is a bit time consuming if you are using the free version. Overall offers a good variety of templates and editing tools to customize to your preferred look.
