Omnisend Email Marketing & SMS

Great app, however can be a bit expensive considering other apps do the same thing for free. But it is very handy and I enjoy using it.

One thing I’d like to see is,

When I create a campaign it is a real pain to have to put the links to all my social media every single time I make a campaign. It would be so helpfu if this was applied to every campaign automatically

Omnisend has been a fantastic app in our transition from a different email marketing app! Andrés from Customer Support was prompt and so helpful in setting up automations similar to our former platform so that no triggers were missed. Highly recommend this app!

I'm quite pleased with this. It is VERY easy to use. Helps me make my emails look nice and professional. I absolutely LOVE how you can just "pick" products to add and it automatically adds the pics, prices and descriptions!

The support is amazing! Changed from Mailchimp to Omnisend and never regretted abit! Even though it's pricier but it's really worth the money!

別のメールサービスと迷いましたが、たくさんメールを送りたいので、こちらにしました。日本のメルマガスタンドと違いできないこと（一部、二段階認証ができなかったり、ステップメール更新された場合に、新しい登録者に配信するなど）がありますが、コスパを考えると、当店には一番合っているのではないかと思っています。
サポートからのメールも、1日かかる場合もありますが、早めで安心できます。

Best email marketing app I have used so far and cheaper than others that have fewer features! Easy to use

Awesome app, use it to automate my email marketing campaigns, easy to use. Would be a 5 star if it was more affordable annually

I'm still learning the system but liking everything I'm seeing so far! Switching over from another ESP has been a bit scary, but they're making the transition simple.

I wish we can give 0 stars here. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. This is the best app to waste money. They promise Unli email on the pro plan, but it's really capped. The customer rep doesn't even know what their job is. They promise 24/7 support but it's really only Monday to Friday. 7 days before your billing you won't be able to send an email campaign unless you pay an extra 50 USD. They're also be charging you more than what you can send. THIS IS A SCAM APP.

The tech support is great with Omnisend. Bassma assisted me and resolved my DNS question on a Saturday!!! I'm very impressed.
