This is a great tool for our sales, if we use it to the max. It's easy to use, always improving and innovating, and customer support (Olesia helped me last time) is on spot, always responding fast, and very helpful.

Well, I found myself working on email on a late Friday night and it is 3am-ish in Lithuania where Bassma helped me out. They have a great support even in non busy hours!

I have used this email service for over 4 years and it is SO user friendly. The customer service is also TOP NOTCH. I'm not very computer literate, so when something needs to be programmed, I need to be walked through like a baby. Recently, Didem was INSANELY patient as they walked me step by step with updating my domain. They were AMAZING!!
