I recently encountered a technical issue while trying to set up my sender domain for my CS email address. To my surprise, even though it was the weekend, the customer service agent (Sila) quickly stepped in and assisted me. She were incredibly responsive and knowledgeable, guiding me through the entire process and ensuring that my issue was resolved promptly. I am truly impressed with the level of support Omnisend provided, especially considering the timing. Thank you for going above and beyond to help your customers. I give it 5 stars! I must say I am super impressed with Omnisend, and I am so glad I chose them for my email marketing! I'm not very good with technology and was having an issue connecting my account to my domain. Kayque was very helpful (and patient!) and stayed with me until I got it all figured out! Great company, great product, and great customer service!

I've been using this app for a few months now and it's been great. I have used a few different email automation apps in the past, and they were clunky to work with or didn't have the features I needed.
Today, I was trying to do something with my audience segments and couldn't figure it out on my own. I reached out to the customer service chat for help, not really expecting to get more than what I found in the troubleshooting articles.
But I was pleasantly surprised!
Kayque was incredibly patient while helping me figure out some logistics when it came to sign-up forms and audience segments. In the end, we were able to find a resolution for my inquiry. He answered all my questions and didn't quit until we figured it out together. I appreciate his determination to ensure I had all the info I needed to achieve my goal.
