I stumbled upon a few issue to set up the form and also certain technical issue that cause the form to look off, but upon the writing in to the support, they walked me through on the setup and when I had issue with the formatting, the support team, in this case the Bassma, has been very supportive in resolving the issue. Happy to be their customer knowing the support there to help resolving all the issues.

This app is very intuitive and user-friendly. I love the live-chat feature because that means help is around all the time. Great app, definitely worth the investment!

My sister and I just created a newsletter with this app and a pop-up window on our home page for email subscribers, and it worked wonderfully and super easy to navigate through! We are doing the 14 days free trial right now, but I'm positive that after 14 days, we're going to stick with this app. So far so good, and we're happy with it!
