Omnisend is incredible. I've used several email marketing platforms (Klaviyo, Shopify Email, Seguna, etc) and this one blows them out of the water. Especially for the price, it is super feature packed and their live support is extremely helpful with onboarding.

Wow Omnisend! What an amazing experience I'm having with Omnisend, it's so straightforward and at the same time so powerful. Here, there is a learning curve, but everything is so easy to use that smoothes the curve. I simply love it. Thank you to the team behind Omnisend, you did a great job.

So far so good! Always able to get help when I need it. The AI can help me set up most things. And if I get stuck there is always a human available to fix any problems.

I’ve been using Omnisend for my email automation, and I must say, the platform is really user-friendly. I had a small issue with sending emails after reaching my free usage limit, and Eduarda from the support team was amazing! She walked me through everything step by step and helped me set up the workflow correctly.

Highly recommend it to anyone looking to take their email marketing to the next level!

Outstanding customer support! Eventhough i am on the free plan atm, i was helped within 60min and the support engineer was very kind and patient with me. I appreciate it and would consider paying for the upgrade once I need to scale my business.

I just want to say that Beran was AMAZING!!!! Ironically, but fortunately I was able to speak with Beran again tonight for a different issue. And just like in the past....well, lets just say he superseded what he did the other day. Let me tell you that he was GREAT the last time, but tonight he was Super-Fabulous!!!! He was very attentive. Answered all of my questions and made sure that before we got off of the phone that my issue had been resolved. He even sent me a short video to walk me step by step for additional assistance. Thank You Again Beran....You ROCK!!!!

The best customer service and support I have ever had! Beran was so helpful and made sure I understood everything before moving onto the next steps, he took the time to be thorough.
