Omnisend Email Marketing & SMS

Recently decided to move away from another email service provider that did not have as much e-commerce power. Email marketing (marketing in general) is not my strongest skill, so I was intimidated about moving into something like Omnisend. They've made it SO easy so far. Really impressed with the resources that walked me through not only HOW to do something, but why you need to. Service has also be prompt after running into a few issues. Looking forward to a long partnership together.

I have been quite nervous to use any apps as there are always different views. Yulia at Omnisend was extremely helpful and very kind even when the answer was sitting right in front of me. I have bee procrastinating for too long and am now Omnised will be the app for me.

Great mail program! It works well and the customer service is very friendly. New improved features are added frequently.

I am adding ANOTHER Update as of Nov 5 2019, to my 5-Star review, because honestly these guys flat out deserve it. I had a Billing Issue, that I did not discover for 3 Months, and when I did discover it, and let them know about it, they showed 100% INTEGRITY and credited it back to me. Honestly most companies would hide behind some type of "Policy" or whatever, but Serge and Katherine and the support Team at OMNISEND not only did NOT do that, they did the right thing and continue to provide outstanding support.

I have been using these guys since they were Soundest, and now in their new form of OMNISEND. I am Updating their REVIEW because they are added SO MANY great features that it is amazing.

Personally I have found most Email Marketing platforms as "sensory overload", and it also took me 15 steps to remember that I had done previously. These guys have done a GREAT job of being VERY POWERFUL but making it easy for us busy Entrepreneurs. I have Enabled many of their awesome features, and still have more to do.

Also, these guys provided EXCELLENT Customer Service, I mean Top Shelf stuff. Give them a try, you won't regret it.

I switched over to Omnisend from MailChimp last week. I'm SO pleased with how simple everything has been!! No headaches what-so-ever!! I'm not super techy, so I REALLY appreciate this simple, easy to use service. I have every intention of continuing with Omnisend once my trial is up!

I used this app to help me with emailing my subscribers about upcoming sales. It's helpful and easy to use.

Omnisend's user interface and ease of use is why I choose it over Mailchimp and Constant Contact. We're currently using the free version, and it still does everything we need it to do (which is sending the occasional email about our newest ridiculous shirt design).
