My sister and I just created a newsletter with this app and a pop-up window on our home page for email subscribers, and it worked wonderfully and super easy to navigate through! We are doing the 14 days free trial right now, but I'm positive that after 14 days, we're going to stick with this app. So far so good, and we're happy with it!

Omnisend is easy to use, and a vital part of our business. There might be cheaper options out there, but the functionality and automation of Omnisend is second to none. They also have a great support team. Thanks to Daryna for helping resolve a recent issue.

As an agency, their team is invaluable for support on complex setups. Very appreciative of Baarath's help for one of our accounts in particular. To help segment b2b & b2c before they purchase; use a custom property on the welcome series sign up form to auto add them into a segement. A similar system can use for existing customers using an email and/or the "Preferences" section at the bottom of emails.

I have been through almost every email service provider. Honestly, so far this has been my favourite. I've been on support A LOT! They probably all know my name by now lol. Baarath at Omnisend is an absolute star. The guy was so kind, so helpful, and literally took me step by step by step to sort out my automation. He stayed on chat and waited for me to finish each step and tested as we went along without leaving me hanging 20 minutes in between interactions. What an asset to the Omnisend team he is. Best support ever. I've been using Omnisend for over a year, and I'm new to email marketing. I've had tons of questions about the best way to do things and how to use different Omnisend features. I've never waited more than 3 minutes for a response to my chat messages. The answers are always on point. Amazing video tutorials, sometimes generic (for FAQ) and sometimes custom made to answer questions on my specific use. Luiz asked me to write a review after helping me this morning - he was fantastic in answering my questions (just like the dozens of others that I've worked with).
