Dilara was extremely helpful with assisting me with understanding automations + form features. Not only was Dilara super kind and patient but she took the time to listen to what I needed help with and solved the problem the first time around. Step by step easy video response. straight forward. Customer service was serving. Looking much more forward to using ominsend to maximize and set up a solid framework for my business back end.

I recently encountered a technical issue while trying to set up my sender domain for my CS email address. To my surprise, even though it was the weekend, the customer service agent (Sila) quickly stepped in and assisted me. She were incredibly responsive and knowledgeable, guiding me through the entire process and ensuring that my issue was resolved promptly. I am truly impressed with the level of support Omnisend provided, especially considering the timing. Thank you for going above and beyond to help your customers. I give it 5 stars! I went on the app because I needed to email my customers. I received a message that there were issues with my DNS. Kayque helped me to understand what I needed to do to resolve my issues. He double-checked what I had done and said I was good to go. I'm very thankful to him and all the support I've received over the years from the Omnisend tech support staff.
