I'm new to Omnisend and read the documentation and watched a few videos but I had issues trying to combine discounts and understanding how to manage them. I contacted support late on a Friday afternoon not expecting a response right away and Eduarda replied to me and provided the solution in one response! Very happy so far and the quick, professional support, is great!

We've been using Omnisend for a few weeks now, and so far have been very happy with its capabilities. It does everything we need, and is much more affordable than Klaviyo.
