Soundest offers some of the most innovative email marketing available that I have come across. Great product with a great staff to support!
I have used this app for over a year, paid on time, had no problems using it. But when I mistakenly switched to pricing plan PRO and paid for it, there was no refund or even an explanation. After such disappointment in working with this company, I canceled my subscription. Do not recommend this company !!!

Works great so far! I was looking for something a bit easier than MailChimp
So far, excellent. Very easy to install and use. I installed and ran my first campaign in less than 30 minutes!

What I appreciate most is the feeling that I'm working with a provider that tries to improve constantly. We work with Shopify and we have seen a lot of improvements of their "tool" for merchants like us. We pay for a service that it is alive and updated . And I'm perceiving something similar is happening with Omnisend, and I love that. Thank you!

Really nice app. Easy to handle. The workflow's are the best feauture in this app. you can create and customize you own workflows and forms. I really recommend this app.
We use Omnisend in our Shopify store. I've needed to contact customer service several times. Not due to Omnisend problems, but just because I'm not familiar with it and needed a little extra help. They've been great! This last time the customer service rep, Baarath, created a video showing me how to do exactly what I needed to do. You couldn't ask for more. Thanks Omnisend Customer Service!
