I've just done my first send with Omnisend. It's early days for me to say how good the platform is, but it seems very intuitive. I've faced a number of challenges getting up and running and have found the online chat support to be excellent. I've been in touch with various members of the support team and all have been knowledgable and have taken ownership of problems if they have been unable to resolve them immediately. Olesia and Sila have been particularly helpful.
Diego has been incredibly helpful and solved all my issues. He has not only been professional and kind but also very patient with all my endless questions. He helped to integrate our domain into Omnisend so our marketing email doesn't go to Spam when sent. I could not be more grateful for his help and time. Diego made sure to go beyond and above to make sure everything was sorted out for my email campaign. His great service and attention made my experience with Omnisend's customer service excellent and smooth. Muchas gracias Diego!
Matija from Omnisend provided us with the BEST customer service. He was very quick to reply and knew exactly what he was talking about at all times, as we did not at first. The issue was resolved all thanks Matija.
Easy to use tool, great customer support. My product-based business has really embraced email marketing, and the ease of using Omnisend is a big part of that. Any time I've had a question, the team is very responsive and provides high-quality support. Olesia helped me with a billing question in record time, and this is consistent with all my interactions with the Omnisend crew.

Thanks to Mr. Deniz, who is in the Support team, we can implement many workflows and automation in case of problems we experience. This is the best e-mail application available on Shopify.

I'm just starting with Shopify and I installed this app to manage subscriptions. I must say it works very well. The customer care is fab. I contacted them and Sıla offered solutions to all my doubts.
It ain't pretty, but it works. Super good segmenting, reporting, campaigns, and automations. It's not as elegant looking as Drip, but it' actually better. I tried both, and canceled Drip. Solid.
