Omnisend is a game-changer for us. Its user-friendly interface and robust features make it a breeze to create and manage highly targeted email campaigns. Moreover, I'd like to extend special thanks to their outstanding support team and especially to Gediminas Dilertas – his prompt and knowledgeable assistance has been invaluable in helping me make the most of this powerful tool. Omnisend has truly exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking to take their email marketing to the next level.

I've tried some other email marketing tools, especially the ones that are automatically available in a Shopify account, but most of them were too hard to understand and get used to. I settled on Omnisend, since I had a professional recommendation, and it's super easy to use. Unfortunately, there are some features that cannot be customised, such as automatic response emails that are part of the system and not necessarily part of your own automations. But other than that, I have no complaints! The customer support, which is a BIG selling point to me, is fantastic! I was lucky enough to be helped by Salma, who was quick to respond and really gave me reassuring responses and helpful resources. She was honest about the point mentioned above, and I really appreciated that. I can definitely recommend this app based on convenience, ease of use, easy integration, and excellent customer support.

Great app, very helpful staff. I haven't been able to use all the features yet, and it doesn't have sms campaign in Canada, the email marketing tools are super easy to use with a lot of templates and elements.
I've just started using Omnisend as a marketing tool. I had issues with my subscriber pop up. Not knowing at the time it was due to operator error. I love that Onmisend has 24/7 chat support. They were very responsive. Kayque was especially helpful and patient with helping me. It was a positive experience. Thank you!

I left Klaviyo because it was too complicated and expensive. Omnisend has simplified the somewhat arduous task of being successful at email campaigns and presents it in a seamless package that works perfectly inside of Shopify. I’m extremely pleased with the templates and ease of use.
We love Omnisend as a team. They give us the ability to use emails in an appropriate way. Sıla is the most comprehensive support member, thank you so much for their support to e-commerce stores. Omnisend is our only choice :)
Excellent and quick response to any challenges I have faced setting up work flows and creating emails. Baarath from the support team was excellent he took ownership of the issue I was having and solved it quickly.
