Great app - in my first time using it I found it intuitive and easy. Recommended for everyone looking for an easy way to communicate with customers

READ BEFORE INSTALLING: 1) No Phone Support; 2) SMS marketing tool was changed to subscription based. You will be charged for: a) amount of SMS, b) sending limits. It would have been OK but the system simply does not work well and support is not very helpful. For the amount they charge there should be phone support and WORKING solution.

I’m a startup doing everything myself for the most part. I spent hours reviewing other platforms and even tried a few trials. Omnisend was the easiest, and by far best customer service 24/7. I work everyday as the founder. Saturday and Sunday and omnisend was available within minutes. All The techs I work with know the software and guide me perfectly. I’m upset I paid active campaign money just to try theirs which was expensive and there are some major bugs with active campaign that should not be with how big of a company they are and their access to resources. I’m a huge fan of omnisend ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

So far so good! App seems easy to download and use, and customer service is very good for a layman like me!
