We had to verify our domains in the app. my developer did that and passed the ownership back to me. For over a week now I try to get back the ownerhip, set up payment and send emails.
The team from omnisend does not only not read the former chat, but still brings me back to the same problems we could not solve from our side.
-I can not add myself in primary store setting with my email as admin, so I can not, pay, ergo no emails in our campaigns for over a week..
I did also send the store ID where we have the problem with, but hey, the log in into the other store (different ID ) and tell me there is no issue.
Best is the question to change my shopify store email so its matching the email I would use in their system as admin or owner!!

Customer service is slow, does not solve problems and is not willing to give a discount or any reach out for creating the problems and not following up correctly.
I don´t switch to mailchimp because I have omnisend also on another shop.
Stay away if you are into customer service and fast help and depend on your mailer.

We needed a replacement for Mailchimp. Omnisend is a very well design product. It has excellently integration with Shopify. Getting started is very easy as it has a clearly defined process to guide one through. The various pricing scheme also makes it risk free to try and to pay a reasonable cost as you grow. Our fist campaign can be up and running in minutes. Omnisend will be part of our setup with our Shopify store. The good thing is that we can continue use Omnisend even if one day we move out of Shopify – as Shopify is getting more costly and less cost-effective.
I've just tried this app for campaign emails for the first time and it was very easy to use and looked very professional. This is going to be such a valuable addition to the management of my store. I look forward to exploring the app more fully and continuing to use it - I can't believe how simple it was! Definitely reduces the intimidation levels for a new shop owner.
Thank you, thank you, thank you! We are (also) one of old the Mailchimp customers. After messing around with Shopsync for hours and not getting the results we wanted, we decided to move to a completely new platform. Omnisend came recommended by Shopify and does exactly what it's supposed to do. Subscriber lists with customer AND order information was transferred quickly and seamlessly. So happy we found an email marketing and automation platform that works!
Very easy to use / user friendly. Great templates to use which makes sending emails very simple. You can import products into the email from your website so easily too which is brilliant. Very professional emails as a result.
Kayque was patient helpful. I also appreciated that she followed up to ensure the problem was fixed which was an extra bonus. In addition, she offered bonus tips to ensure our SMS campaigns are a success.
It's an user friendly app, delivery good statistics and helps to keep in touch with your clients.

So far so good. The app is pretty easy to use and I like the email layout that they already have. I also like I can see real time when future customers are on my sight and be selective to who you are planning emailing too.
